The Duchess of Sussex joined Her Majesty and Prince Harry this evening for a reception at Buckingham Palace to present awards to the Queen's Young Leaders for 2018. The awards recognize a select group from the Queen's Young Leaders Programme, an initiative that celebrates young people across the Commonwealth nations who are making strides in their communities.
The event marks Meghan's second engagement with the Monarch following their away-day in Cheshire earlier this month.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex made their debut appearance together at Royal Ascot today. The couple joined Queen Elizabeth and other members of the royal family for the opening day of the racing festival.
The annual meeting race over five days and each day begins with a Royal Procession - the arrival of The Queen and the Royal party in horse-drawn landaus. Meghan and Harry rode with the Earl and Countess of Wessex.

The Duchess of Sussex accompanied Her Majesty the Queen today for a series of engagements in Cheshire. The pair traveled overnight in the Royal Train, arriving at Runcorn Station mid-morning before proceeding by car to officially open the Mersey Gateway Bridge.
Following this, Meghan and Her Majesty visited Storyhouse in Chester to officially open the youth theater.
Finally, the Queen and the Duchess met members of the public in Chester City Centre as they walked to Chester Town Hall.

The Duchess of Sussex took part in her first ever Trooping the Colour parade today. The event is an official celebration of Queen Elizabeth's birthday. Although Her Majesty was born on 21 April, it has long been the tradition to publicly celebrate the Monarch's birthday on a day in the summer.
For the procession down the Mall, Meghan rode in a carriage with Prince Harry.
Meghan then made her debut on the Buckingham Palace balcony for the traditional RAF fly-past.
