The Duchess of Sussex took part in her first ever Trooping the Colour parade today. The event is an official celebration of Queen Elizabeth's birthday. Although Her Majesty was born on 21 April, it has long been the tradition to publicly celebrate the Monarch's birthday on a day in the summer.
For the procession down the Mall, Meghan rode in a carriage with Prince Harry.
Meghan then made her debut on the Buckingham Palace balcony for the traditional RAF fly-past.
WHAT MEGHAN WORE
SEPARATES: Pink Carolina Herrera off-the shoulder portrait collar top and midi pencil skirt (bespoke).
RINGS: In addition to her trilogy diamond engagement ring and wedding band, Meghan also wore a couple stackable rings on her right hand.
On her middle finger it appears Meghan wore the Birks diamond 'Bee Chic' ring and perhaps her Birks Iconic Stackable Diamond Snowflake Ring on on her index finger.

Meghan has knocked it out of the park today! I love her in pink. She wore pink for her first engagement as a royal and now again! I hope this is her go-to colour now that she is a Duchess.

Meghan's really getting the hang of the polished royal look. Thanks for showing this is a two-piece outfit, I hadn't picked up on that. And you have great photos! Meghan looks stunning, the tailoring is impeccable, and she's sticking to an international theme in designers.

I was watching photos of the event and the other ladies was wearing coats or long sleeves. Is she the only one in sleeveless?? It seem to be a sunny day in London but maybe not too much hot...

You are right! I've taken a closer look and they are different! This one has an upturned brim. Thanks for bringing it to my attention xx

Could it be, that the hatbrim is bent upwards? To me it seems like the same hat just changed slightly.

Even though she looks nice in the off the shoulder outfit, it is totally inappropriate for the event. Has any royal lady worn off the shoulder to trooping of the colors? Never! She really does need someone to tutor her in royal protocol, fashion, etc. Although it may have been her whole purpose to cross the line and be the center of attention. If so, mission accomplished!

I agree, there is a time and place for off the shoulder and its not for official daytime event like Trooping the Colour. Meghan seems to push the line and should remember that she is representing the royal family not herself.

Lovely outfit, would have looked wonderful at the garden parties. Unfortunately for me she is lacking a bit of polish, all the elements are there just not pulling together. Her hair up would have helped. I am not wild on the off the shoulders for this event.
