Before leaving for Canada, The Duchess of Sussex stopped by at her patronage, The Mayhew to hear about the progress they made in 2019 and upcoming work. Meghan shared a couple of photos from her January visit to the animal charity on the Sussex Royal Instagram account.

The Duchess of Sussex visited the Downtown Eastside Women's Centre in Vancouver on Tuesday in her first public outing since stepping back from senior royal duties.

She then visited Justice for Girls to discuss climate justice for girls and the rights of Indigenous peoples.

Meghan and Harry are back in London and kicked off their first public engagement of the new year with a visit to Canada House.
