Meghan's coat has a ribbed belt and the cuffs appear to be shortened compared to the off-the-rack version. We're unsure if Meghan's coat has the metal buttons.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended the Festival of Remembrance this evening.
The Festival commemorates all those who have lost their lives in conflicts and it is usually attended by the Royal Family. It is organized by the Royal British Legion and is held every year on the eve of Remembrance Sunday.
This was Meghan's second attendance of the Festival alongside the Queen, and other senior members of the Royal Family at London's Royal Albert Hall for the British Legion's traditional televised service. She first attend last year wearing a black Stella McCartney tie-detail belt and M&S bodycon dress.
