It's interesting to see the same piece being worn by 2 different royals within the course of 2 days. I still don't like this skirt very much, it seems to lack shape as far as I am concerned instead of framing the waist and hips. I like the sweater, but it is not by far appropriate for such an event, the cut and the style scream of everyday wear. The shoes are nice, but I can't seem to find this colouring sold online by Sarah Flint (I assume that's what they are) - I hope you will keep us posted about them! The different shades of red and burgundy are usually a nice experimentation, I am afraid it didn't work the way it should on this appearance. I am the kind of person who always has some sort of handbag or clutch, so do most royal ladies, the DoS sometimes opts without, I would like to see one. I like the hair, but it covers most of her face like it did on her last engagement, maybe she should try going for a sleek bun and stop experiment with all those styles.

Katerina, the shoes are now available for pre-order in Meghan's cabaret colourway: http://bit.ly/2BLYLO8

I love today's monochrome ensemble. Meghan looks wonderful and deep red suits her. I prefer how Meghan styled the skirt compared to Queen Letizia who wore it yesterday: http://www.queenletiziastyle.com/blog/queen-letizia-combines-a-soft-silk-blouse-and-edgy-leather-skirt-on-day-2-of-state-visit-to-south-korea

She has previously worn well a tone on tone sweater with leather skirt in green and this is overall still a good look that suits her shape.

Like the earrings. Don't like the multiple tiny rings . Am tired of the stiletto shoes.

Hair definitely looks much better in this updo than left down.

I notice that she hasn't carried a bag to the last two events.

I think the sweater may be the Jcrew boyfriend cashmere in vintage burgundy.

I like this look...it is a nice combo for fall. I do agree that this is perhaps a little risqué for the event and would have liked to see the hair a little sleeker as well. I do like that she is wearing her hair up again after what seems like a lot of engagements where it was down.

Jessica, thanks for the suggestion. We analysed that style initially but concluded the neckline detailing and cuffs are not a match x

Well no one can say she isn't wearing color. Haha.

I love this look, I loved it when she did the green in Sussex and sometimes it's good to stick with what you know works.

She always inspires me to get my ring stack game up. I love her subtle accessorizing she does with her jewelry.

Great look! Love the red!

I think she looks stunning! This outfit checks all the boxes for me. Very cool, chic, and pulled together. I love the silhouette it gives, and she really pulls off the color. Her hair and make up look so pretty!

Loving this look, like the hair, I`m not a fan of the messy bun and this updo looks so much better for me! Great that she is back to colors and not black and nude only.

LOVE it! Perfect for fall and the type of engagement she was on...she looks really good...red is a good color for her (as well as the purple she wore earlier this week). I hope...this means a move away from the mostly black and navy. (Adore the shoes...wish I could wear that high of a heel again!)

I understand M is trying to do tone on tone but this look is a miss for me. To mix burgundy red ( sweater ) with brick red ( skirt ) ... to me does not go together. They clash.

Her hair tho - updo looks great. The skirt in particular - the design I don't like. ( yes remarkably as one poster Katerina mentioned above that QL also wore the same skirt 2 days ago ) I don't like the skirt because I'm not a fan of brick red colour and more so the two seams.
One seam is horizontal the other is vertical. Cuts the skirt into awkward parts. It's also too long.

Anyways, the shoes go nicely with the sweater. The burgundy of the sweater suits her well.

The Duchess looks lovely, red is a wonderful colour for her. I like these pieces but just not together. Skirt, sweater and shoes are different shades. A jewellery piece around her neck or scarf, would have taken the bareness away, I notice she often does without, that is her thing, I guess, that is okay too. The shoes separately I love, beautiful shade. Her hair looked great up.

Love the idea of the outfit, but I do not like the skirt. Love her stacking rings and jewelry. Hair and makeup looking very clean and fresh

She absolutely nailed it. This is Meghan’s signature monogromatic style. I really love how subtle she knows to make monochromatisch dressing anything but boring by making creative colour combinations that make it exiciting. If it was tone on tone it would be boring.
