On Thursday, the Duchess of Sussex attended a "Women in Public Service" breakfast meeting at the British High Commissioner’s residence in Cape Town.

This outfit is a complete miss for me. I would have liked it if she wore wide legged pants rather than a skirt.

I actually think it’s fitting and of great consideration of her to wear this skirt as it resemble of the Xhosa cultural attire.

Like the skirt. Also like it paired with a simple shell, but on close up the shell is transparent and I see more of her bra than I care to see from a Royal.

I have this skirt in black with ivory stripes. It is much more flattering if you wear the top over the skirt (vs tucked in) or use a skinny belt. Completely agree about the bra...even if this is a “private event”...she still represents the royal family and there should never be a hint ofher undergarments. Hair looks great and looks shorter than some of the previous engagements..wonder if she got a snip.

Love the shape of the pieces and contrasting colors. However, the top is too sheer and she’s too thick in the middle for the outfit to maintain the same silhouette as in the commercial photograph.

I like both pieces but not together. The skirt would have looked great with a slim jacket or a top in the cream color in the skirt, that covered the waistband of the skirt. The tucked in tank, which is too sheer, just cuts her in half and isn’t flattering right now.

The clothes are beautiful but that skirt doesn´t fit her boy type, same thing with the one she wore at Wimbledon.
