Meghan Markle made her first "official" appearance with Prince Harry at the Opening Ceremonies of the 2017 Toronto Invictus Games. Although Meghan was not seated alongside Harry, the event still marked a significant milestone in their relationship.

I can't find a very clear photo but I think Meghan might also be wearing her Zofia Day stackable bar ring and her Catbird rings.
