The Duchess of Sussex has launched her much anticipated podcast, Archetypes. The Spotify exclusive podcast investigates, dissects, and subverts the labels that try to hold women back.

In the first episode, Meghan talks to her longtime friend Serena Williams about the double standard women face when they are labeled "ambitious" and the ripple effect this has on other aspects of their lives. This groundbreaking premiere episode also features Dr. Laura Kray, a leading expert on gender in the workplace.
For the podcast clip, Meghan wore a brown striped blouse with a pussy bow tie. Some have suggested it may be from Anthropologie – the Maeve Tie-Neck Blouse ($120).
There are however subtle differences between the two tops. Meghan's blouse appears to have a placket whereas the Maeve top does not.
Meghan's shirt has white buttons at the cuffs, while the Maeve blouse has covered buttons.
The pants are the Anine Bing ‘Elyse’ cotton-linen trouser in oat ($249).
The shoes may be her Aquazzura 'Purist 105' Nude Nappa Leather Pump.

Meghan wore a new pair of crawler earrings. They are the Ecksand Diamond Trio Butterfly Ear Climber Earrings as confirmed by the brand.
