The Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended a reception hosted by the Governor General tonight celebrating the 125th anniversary of women’s suffrage in New Zealand.
Meghan delivered a speech.

I think this was a very safe choice and fit the occasion...but it isn’t a knockout. She looks lovely...though her hair looked better and more done getting on the plane in the burgundy dress than it does here.

I like this dress. I like the sleeves. I'm not sure if sandals are the right shoes for this dress. Perhaps pumps would have been better.
