Hi, I was just noticing that Meghan's coat has 3 buttons on the sleeve and the Victoria Beckham coat has 5 buttons on the sleeve. Are you positive it's the same coat?

Yes I noticed that too when she first wore the coat. All other details are identical so one can only assume the coat has been modified or this was a sample from Victoria Beckham.

Thanks for the updates Susane! I and a few other royal fashion bloggers are not convinced the jeans are by Hatch. The pair she wore earlier look like H&M. We understand Meghan's Mirror has made the Hatch suggestion but it's not confirmed and we don't want to spread misinformation. I also don't think it's possible to make a positive ID on the scarf from limited photos.
