The Duke and Duchess of Sussex visited children at the Assistance League of Los Angeles Preschool Learning Center to help them replant the center's garden, and instil the importance of healthy eating.
The visit took place on the anniversary of Princess Diana's death, and seeds of her favourite Forget-Me-Not flowers were planted in her memory.
Assistance League of Los Angeles has been improving the quality of the lives of at-risk children and families in Los Angeles since 1919. A spokesperson for the royal couple said; "Everyone got their hands dirty digging holes for the new plants and seeds and making sure they were secure with enough soil. The kids especially were excited to water the new garden with elephant shaped watering cans."
