Looking very chic in winter browns, the McCartney coat is fabulous and all the better for not being over long. The satin skirt is unusual for a winter fabric and looks intriguing and chic. Beautiful Jimmy Choo pumps! She certainly looks well and rested.

Oh dear, flash photography not so kind to the Dutti skirt when Meghan has removed her coat. The side seams look puckered to me, a very hard fabric to work in, and it takes extra pennies to pay for the right skills for silky fabric. High Street not the best option methinks, but still a good idea for Meghan to explore.

She looks great..I love this whole look. I like the copper color and the shoes are reading more burgundy in the pics...and it goes together very well.

I do think the coat is a bit too tight in the back...but the length is perfect on her. Kudos to making something in her wardrobe work vs buying a new coat in a slightly larger size.

She looks absolutely STUNNING in that rich chocolate brown! As usual, her shoe and coat game is a knockout. I love the whole look to be honest.

Pregnancy did such wonders for her hair, it's so lush. Meghan really nailed this look. She makes Harry look better just by standing beside him.

It would be quite atypical for hair to become lush post partum. While hair does grow more during pregnancy due to hormonal changes, the hair then sheds post partum due to a drop in these same hormones.

Love this look! Everything looks great! Happy holidays Elizabeth!

Beginning with the positive, I do like the idea of the tone on tone in mixed textures.

However, it was a failure in the execution.

She still doesn't understand her short waisted, no waisted body (I have the same body). Bias cut skirts rarely work as they emphasize the absence of the waist and also emphasize the tummy.

The fabric of the skirt was not appropriate for a work event at her age and position. I have seen younger women style these skirts either with a camisole for summer or a loose sweater for winter, but wearing the skirt with a tight sweater just emphasized her atypical shape.

The sweater it self was too small and pulling at the shoulders and bustline Meghan's Mirror reported it as a Massimo Duti sweater an the web site shows that it was meant to be worn loose. Also, she has a short neck and should avoid tight turtlnecks.

Her bra is not holding he up and the light color of the bra is showing through the thin sweater (Not the first time that she has made mistakes with underpinnings).

The stiletto shoes are boring at this point.. the sweater/slip combo calls for more casual footwear.. lower block heels, booties or boots.

The hair is just out of control and needs to be cut a few inches and styled off her face.

The coat is nice, but too short and unrelated to the look. If she wanted to go with a shorter coat, she needed more of an a-line shape or swing coat.

All the individual elements were nice on their own, but the elements did not pair together for a cohesive look and did not flatter her body shape.

Well said. Separate nice. Together a disaster.

Compared this to Kate's blue fedora outfit. Kate's outfit was eclectic but somehow it all mashed perfectly.

Meghan's efforts seem so amateur compared to Kate's lately. Disappointing about Meghan.

Then, you add to it today's announcement. Just too much.

It always amazing me that you super critical women evidently miss it in your comments. A beautiful, classy woman who continues to wear what she desires is so admirable. I am glad she is not listening to any of your comments...and the clothing she wears sells out immediately. Many women evidently agree with the styling!

Relax! This is a fashion blog. We either like it or don't like it. I didn't and expressed my opinion. That is all. Relax already! Geez!

Nice to see Harry & Meagan happy and rested. The nice color comb of Meagan’s outfit look great on her. The MailOnline has a number of photos showed Meagan perspiration with a large half moon shape. If she wore a blazer the same color of her coat that would have solved that problem. She needs a Go to Advisor to help with outfits, blouses with creases, pants too long, dresses too tight, etc. for public functions. I hope someone on her staff reads these helpful suggestions for future events.🧡

I agree that she needs help with her wardrobe. This skirt is not flattering and her coat is badly creased in the back. She needs to choose thicker textures and take her clothes to the tailor!

What is this announcement they made? Ridiculous!

This is going to get messy! This reminds me of people I used to work with that knew they were about to get fired and quit and sent out a flaming email before they left and flipped everyone off on their way out. Royalty aside..I would be upset if my sister published how the finances in our family worked. As of right now, they are only giving up 5% of their income from the queens trust but want to keep what Charles give them. Oh, dear. The media policies are completely laughable. I am expecting a Suri cruise-esque vanity fair cover shoot in 3...2..1. Also, there have been rumors in the us for a while that they have been keeping copious notes of the goings on in the firm and have been using a book deal/tell all as leverage..all the info they spilled on that new website looks like phase 1 to me..messy..

Reports in the US are saying they LEFT Archie in Canada...bc they didn’t want him to be taken away..,.wow wow wow...this is crazy!!!

I think the idea was there, but this combination of clothes is a miss for me. Separately would have worked better than this finished ensemble, somewhat chaotic.Different fabrics and colours in this case doesn't work well. Satin fabric of skirt, daytime wear not appropriate. Its not very complimentary. The sweater seems too tight and does not appear flattering, especially with the light colour of bra, definitely not. The skirt is longer than the coat, a big no no for me. High heel velvet shoes are lovely, again not with this ensemble. Just read the announcement. A lot of the decisions and behaviour over the last 8 weeks makes sense now. There have obviously been very conflicted. I do wish them all the best.

Meghan is absolutely stunning! I loved everything about this outfit but loved how happy she looked even more. I applaud the courage it took for her to stand her ground and no longer live the way others want her to live. Keep shining✨

WHEW. Tough crowd. They announced they’ll still be working for the Queen while not taking money from the taxpayers. I thought that would make people happy.

Anyway, so glad you ID’ed her shirt. Still adore the shirt/skirt combo and I definitely want to dupe it up.

I STILL think her hair is lush :)
