Meghan and Harry take in the sights of Abel Tasman National Park

The Duke and Duchess took a helicopter flight to Abel Tasman National Park this afternoon, which sits at the north-Eastern tip of New Zealand's South Island, and is an area famed for its golden beaches and native bush walks.

Meghan and Harry took a trail walk with one of the park’s rangers to learn more about the history of the forest and the environmental challenges of protecting the park’s habitat.

They then joined some of the park’s young ambassadors and local school children at a barbeque lunch and for a tree planting.

JEANS: Outland Denim 'HARRIET' black high-waist jeans (AU$199.90).

SCARF: I initially thought the scarf may have been the LORO PIANA Emerald Mélange Cashmere-Silk Scarf (US$635), but later an image was released showing the fringe detail which is sadly not a match.

A new photo has emerged showing the fringe detail, and it's clearly different to the Loro Piana scarf □ Sorry folks, but it's back to square 1 on the scarf □ pic.twitter.com/Nu0R6visPH

I love how much no matter what occasion they are always holding hands or are holding on to each other. Aw, what love they share with each other. Soooo nice.

I love the scarf and jacket. The whole look is perfect for a rainy walk. I know it is different parts of the world..but it is so interesting how she was in sundresses a few days ago and now is in heavy turtleneck, scarf and rain jacket. What a challenging trip to pack/dress for.

What a shame that it rained. That’s a gorgeous part of New Zealand. Anyway as Harry said rain is our connection to the land. We are very reliant on it for our farms!

Meghan is doing smart casual brilliantly without getting too much into athleisure. She has a great sense of style and I’m getting used to her more muted colour palette that she wears often. It definitely lets her lively personality shine through.
