This dress is FABULOUS. Love the vibrant colors and the fit all coming from a Columbian designer!!! She looks amazing.

So far Johanna Ortiz hadn't really won me over, I thought her designs were 'ok', but this dress is such a marvelous fit on Meghan! I love that she heard the Nigerians and is wearing some beautiful bold colour! And of course the diplomatic dressing is wonderful given that the designer is Colombian. The shoes are also so cute, I'm now wishing for mules like these!
