For their final engagement in Colombia, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended the Petronio Music Festival in Cali, a lively celebration acclaimed for its rich showcase of Afro-Colombian music and dance.

Held at the Unidad Deportiva Alberto Galindo Sports Complex, this annual festival is the world's largest celebration of Afro-Colombian heritage. Each year, it draws hundreds of thousands of visitors to experience a dynamic showcase of music, food, art, and fashion.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex visited Unidad Recreativa El Vallado for an afternoon with young people from the city of Cali.

On their third day in Colombia, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex traveled to the port city of Cartagena.

The couple began the day by visiting the Escuela Tambores de Cabildo, a drum school dedicated to preserving Cartagena’s rich Afro-Colombian heritage, and Meghan and Harry participated in a drum lesson led by the students.

Meghan's gown is reportedly by Oscar de la Renta and appears to be the same one she wore for the virtual Girl Up Leadership Summit in July 2020.

Unfortunately, we've been unable to find locate the exact style and suspect it might be from a previous season's collection. The closest match What Meghan Wore found in terms of color is the draped cape-effect silk-blend georgette gown shown below.

The Duchess accessorized with her Logan Hollowell Baby Reverse Water Drop Diamond Tennis Necklace, and usual stack of Cartier wristwear.
