On the second day of their visit to Jordan with the World Health Organization, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex highlighted the people and partnerships supporting communities affected by conflict.
The day began at World Central Kitchen’s regional headquarters in Amman, which coordinates food deliveries into Gaza. The Duke and Duchess met with teams overseeing convoys, community kitchens, mobile bakeries and water distribution, and joined a live call with staff working in Gaza.
They then visited the National Center for Rehabilitation of Addicts (NCRA), where they met clinicians and spoke with men and women in treatment.
Discussions focused on recovery and the importance of prioritising mental health support. Meghan and Harry heard how WHO-supported services are improving care, from supervised detox to counselling and community follow-up.
At the Jordanian Hashemite Fund for Human Development (JOHUD), the Duke and Duchess met community leaders involved in the “Mujaawarah” initiative, which promotes social cohesion and women-led advocacy. They heard from local organisers about community-based projects supporting livelihoods and wellbeing.
The day ended at King Hussein Cancer Center, where Meghan and Harry met hospital leaders, clinicians, and young patients receiving cancer treatment. They discussed the challenges facing regional cancer services as conflict and displacement place added pressure on health systems, as well as WHO-supported efforts to improve access to care for children and families travelling for treatment.
On day two in Jordan, Meghan stepped out in a black ensemble, layered with a taupe Zara Wool-Blend Topstitched Jacket from the ZW COLLECTION (US$169).
The black basic top appears to be her Bleusalt Classic Crewneck Top.
What Meghan Wore suggests the trousers could be the GAP 365 Low Rise Pleated Wide-Leg Trousers ($89.95). The position of the front pleats, belt loops and pockets appear to match that of Meghan's trousers.
On her feet was a past-season pair of black Chanel mixed-media heels, designed with a fabric upper and a velvet almond-shaped cap toe.

On Wednesday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex arrived in Jordan for a two-day visit focused on humanitarian health response, mental health, and support for vulnerable communities affected by conflict and displacement across the region.
The visit is centred on listening and learning, while shining a light on the impactful humanitarian work already underway.
The day began at the World Health Organization’s offices in Amman, where Meghan and Harry attended a high-level roundtable led by WHO Director-General Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, alongside UN leaders, donors and humanitarian organisations.
The discussion highlighted Jordan’s role in the regional health response, the importance of integrating mental health into primary care, and the growing strain on health systems due to conflict, displacement and reduced global funding.
Meghan wore an elegant white ensemble, pairing the Veronica Beard ‘Yves’ Tweed Jacket ($998) with the brand's ‘Marbeau’ wide-leg trousers ($498).
This is the best photo I could find of her black ZARA Ankle Strap Heeled Sandals (US$79.90).
After attending a meeting at the World Health Organization’s headquarters in Amman, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex travelled to the QuestScope youth centre at the Za’atari refugee camp — the world’s largest camp for Syrian refugees, located near Mafraq in northern Jordan.
Their visit was both hands-on and heartfelt. They joined teenage girls for therapeutic music and art sessions and took part in a football skills class.
The couple also spent time listening to the stories of Syrian families and children, highlighting Jordan’s humanitarian leadership and the continued need for stable healthcare and community support for refugees.
For the visit to the QuestScope youth centre, Meghan changed into a more practical ensemble. She opted for khaki separates, pairing a Zara Cotton Short Sleeve T-shirt (US$19.90) with the Jenni Kayne ‘Riley’ trousers ($225), and an unidentified cognac suede belt.
The Duchess layered the look with a white button-up shirt — the WNU ‘The Boyfriend’ in 100% fine poplin ($150).
On her feet the Vince 'Marin' Boat Shoe in Olivewood. Available in limited sizes at Zappos and Nordstrom Rack.
After their visit to the Za’atari Refugee Camp, Meghan and Harry returned to Amman.
There, they visited a hospital to meet medical evacuees from Gaza, many of whom had been transferred for urgent treatment after sustaining serious injuries in the ongoing conflict.
Reflecting the somber nature of the hospital visit, Meghan subtly updated her look by swapping her previous layers for a black Heidi Merrick 'Marish' top.
Her Zara ankle-strap sandals were a carryover from the WHO meeting, rounding out the ensemble change.
On Sunday evening, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended the 75th NBA All-Star Game at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California.
The annual event gathers the league’s top talent for a fan-driven, high-scoring spectacle, celebrating basketball’s biggest stars with electrifying plays, entertainment, and unforgettable on-court moments.

The Duchess opted for a polished yet relaxed navy ensemble, pairing her Brochu Walker The Everyday Cashmere Bright Crew with her Veronica Beard ‘Beverly’ skinny-flare jeans in indigo—an effortless combination that balanced courtside comfort with understated sophistication.
Her boots are the Aquazzura 'Matignon' Ankle Boots in Black Suede.
Meghan elevated the look with her Cartier Juste un Clou Small Necklace, paired with her signature Cartier ‘Love’ bracelet.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped out for a romantic date night at Funke in Beverly Hills on Valentine’s Day eve. The couple were photographed departing the restaurant together on Friday evening.
Meghan wore her brown Anine Bing ‘Luca’ jacket, pairing it with black Brunello Cucinelli satin slouchy trousers — previously debuted during her Harper’s Bazaar interview in November 2025.
Her boots appear to be the Aquazzura 'Matignon' Ankle Boots in Black Suede (US$1,250).
On Saturday evening, the Duchess of Sussex attended the 2026 Fifteen Percent Pledge Fundraising Gala held at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles.
Founded by Aurora James, the Fifteen Percent Pledge calls on U.S. retailers to dedicate at least fifteen percent of shelf space to Black-owned businesses, advancing equity through economic opportunity. The event took place during Black History Month, a time to honor Black achievement, creativity, and community.
Meghan looked effortlessly natural as she paused for photos ahead of the gala.
For the occasion, the Duchess delivered Old Hollywood glamour in a custom gown by Harbison Studio, a Los Angeles–based, Black-owned luxury brand founded by designer Charles Harbison in 2021.
Crafted in heavy satin, the strapless gown takes inspiration from the designer’s Quanta II Gown, with its column silhouette and sweetheart bodice trimmed in black velvet.
The contrasting black velvet cape added drama with cuffed sleeves and a sweeping train.
On her feet were the Stuart Weitzman 'Nudist' Sandal in Black Suede.
She completed the look with vintage jewellery sourced from Maison Mèrenor, a Beverly Hills–based luxury estate jewellery atelier, opting for onyx and diamond pendant earrings and a cocktail ring.
Both pieces have appeared on Maison Mèrenor’s Instagram, including a 2022 post featuring founder Amie Satchu wearing the earrings, while the ring was spotlighted in a separate post that same year.
UPDATE (10 Feb 2026): I was able to find clearer stock images and more information on the ring at 18karatappraisers.com—it’s by R. Stone and dates to the 1960s.
