This blue-ombre dress by African-American fashion designer, Christopher John Rogers is a custom creation made from four-ply silk, complete with a chiffon bust overlay that extends to a floor sweeping train. The trim body of the dress is adorned in a shade the designer calls “Cunningham Blue”—a nod to the cobalt-colored jacket worn by New York Times fashion photographer Bill Cunningham.
